Patient Flow and Clinical
All patients and visitors will be screened and examined for symptoms of illness before entering the office. If anyone has symptoms of illness, they will be asked to go home and inform their primary care doctor. If anyone is experiencing difficulty breathing, they will be sent to the ER.
Each patient must-visit, complete, and bring a printed, signed copy of the results from the APPLE-CDC screening app. The screening tool can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play stores or accessed via web browser from this link: https://www.apple.com/covid19/
No visitors are allowed except if the patient is a minor, then one parent with minor or if the patient requires assistance for a disability, one guest will be allowed.
Patients will be asked to wait in their vehicles until they are contacted in-person, via text message, or a phone call by a staff member.
All patients and visitors are recommended to follow national, state, and local guidelines and wear protective masks.
Our staff will follow the recommended medical office procedures and disinfect examination rooms with approved sanitizing products.
Upon entering the practice, each patient will be required to provide the completed screening questionnaire and temperature control that will make the patient COVID-19 Clear.
Every staff member will always wear masks and sanitize or wash hands after every patient interaction.
