ACCUTITE

ACCUtite is the smallest minimally invasive radiofrequency contraction device currently available. It’s designed to precisely target hard-to-reach areas of your face and body.

What is Accutite?

Made by InMode, AccuTite is a non-surgical yet powerful skin tightening and remodeling treatment.  Much like FaceTite, AccuTite uses radiofrequency assisted lipolysis—or controlled heating of the tissues to tighten skin and melt fat—to help sculpt new, smoother contours within the face and body.  Whereas FaceTite is more appropriate for larger treatment areas, AccuTite can treat smaller areas with greater precision and offers the concept of “injectable radiofrequency.” AccuTite works is the smallest device of its kind which makes it ideal for targeting areas of the face, neck and body. This includes the upper brow, lower brow, periorbital, nasolabial fold, neck, axilia, upper arms, inner thighs, knees, and intimate areas. It may take a number of weeks to see smoother, tighter skin, but provided you don’t gain a significant amount of weight, the results will be permanent.

Harnessing the power of bipolar radiofrequency,  AccuTite uses a tiny probe (about the diameter of angel hair pasta) to deliver heat to the surface of and deep under the skin, essentially ironing or smoothing out the tissues and “shrink-wrapping the skin” to the underlying contours. Dr Sanders uses AccuTite by itself or in combination with liposuction to smooth and tighten the skin around the eyes, lift the eyebrows, tighten loose skin around the smile lines, and smooth out and reduce developing jowls.

Am I a Good Candidate for AccuTite Skin Tightening?

AccuTite Skin Tightening Treatment is designed for patients with mild to significant skin laxity interested in looking more youthful.  Additionally, these patients are typically not candidates for more invasive surgeries such as a facelift or necklift, or simply don't want the scars or downtime of more invasive surgical procedures.

Procedure Walk-Through

During an AccuTite Skin Tightening Treatment the numb area of interest is numbed with a local anesthetic. Next, a very fine probe is inserted through the skin via a tiny incision into the fatty layer,  just beneath the surface. The saggy tissue of interest is treated using the proprietary radio-frequency assisted lipolysis technology. The treated areas subsequently undergo three-dimensional remodeling or shrinking.  You'll see considerable skin tightening without the need for a scar in the final result. Your face will continue to improve and heal over the course of the next 4 months. In most cases, the treatment is performed as an outpatient procedure under a local anesthetic in our office.

AccuTite Treatment Areas

Although any area on the face and neck with saggy skin can be treated, the areas most commonly treated with the VASER-assisted Skin Tightening Treatment are the eye bags, upper and lower eyelids, nasolabial folds, jowls, and knees.

AccuTite Post-Procedure Care

AccuTite is performed under local anesthesia or light sedation. Post-procedure, patients are discharged home and resume regular activities shortly thereafter. Wearing a compression garment is recommended for best results. Mild to modest swelling and redness can be expected for about a week.
